Kari Miller, PMHNP-BC

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Start date: 9/6/25
Saturday’s only

Kari Miller is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a warm, holistic approach to care. Since graduating from The University of Arizona in 2008 with her Masters in Nursing and earning her certifications she has worked extensively across inpatient, outpatient, and consultative settings, bringing depth, compassion, and clinical expertise to each interaction.

Kari specializes in working with professionals who appear to be functioning well outwardly but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected beneath the surface. She helps clients uncover and address the deeper patterns that contribute to stress, anxiety, burnout, or dissatisfaction—so they can make meaningful, lasting change.

Her approach is integrative and personalized. She blends evidence-based medication management (when needed) with therapy tailored to your individual goals and values. Kari is trauma-informed, trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, and has completed a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy. This gives her a versatile toolkit to support healing at both the emotional and neurological level.

For clients interested in reducing or de-prescribing psychiatric medications, Kari offers thoughtful, collaborative support throughout the process.

Saturday appointments are available to accommodate busy schedules. If you’re ready to prioritize your mental health and create space for healing, Kari would be honored to support you on your path forward.
